I'll try, but a TNT doesn't store who had ignited it :) And there are soooo many ways to ignite a tnt (redstone, flint and steel, fire, lava) but...

You could hear it, see it in the changelog :) I'm not really sure about the visuals, there are smoke puffs, but the creepers aren't flashing (yet)...

please make sure, the configuration is correct :) Open the plugins/AntiCreeper/config.yml, and make sure, your world names are included :)

ahh.. Okay, problem solved. My server host automatic check thought, I *accidentally* replaced my old jar, and it replaced the new. -.-"
updated, but still got that problem. ("java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: perm") :( I use my own permissions. Could that be a problem?
Is the plugin started? It has to say "Anticreeper v2.0 - STARTED" (uhm.. forgot to update the version :D) And is Your world named "world"? :)...
