The idea sounds kind of interesting. At the moment I simply have not enough time, but maybe in the future i will make it.

Making it finally easy to make sand or gravel fall pits, that can automatically reset with some expert red stone networking of course to the pistons and minecart rails. And also creating opportunity for other contraptions to be invented.

and to get the sand block or gravel block out, you set a piston or sticky piston 1 block above the minecart so it doesnt push the minecart out, and have it be able to push or pull the block out of the minecart.

could land in a minecart and stay in the minecart like mobs do when they walk on em. And to set it up so it can work with pistons so you can push a sand block or gravel block so it will fall into a minecart that follows a track, ...

Second off I noticed someone gave you the idea for it, so I was wondering if I could give you can Idea for a plugin also. You know how sand blocks and gravel blocks fall if there is no block under them, well what if there was a plugin that allowed a falling sand or gravel block, ..
