I've been slacking on updating it, but PVP Control v2.0 is high on my list to finish. Thanks for your concern, though. It reminds me that people actually use the plugin :P

I say feel free to use it as you want as long as I get credit where credit is due. I do feel obligated to warn you, though, that I'm working on a new, big re-release of this plugin soon.
