The project has been DMCA'd (taken down) by an old developer. There will never be another official craftbukkit build by Bukkit, but Spigot has created a 1.8 build which is free to download at their site.
Sir, I will be pretty sure if Spigot gets a DMCA too. I wish Mojang/Microsoft had a special plugin source for servers. To add to their server clients.
Bukkit and every other project using Bukkit was DMCA'd, including Spigot. However they made a workaround that allows them to distribute the project legally.
