    Hmm, I know McMMO has a config option to disable mobspawner mobs from giving XP. Maybe it's if they are within X blocks of the spawner?

    My only suggestion is to make sure each spawner has a separate perm to for crafting. I'd look at creaturebox and maybe grab some ideas from that.
