    Yes, really. My problem was not one of bukkit or its plugins. I runs web server with php for my forum, dynmap & stats.

    I solved my problem.. I recently upgraded my ubuntu to oneric.. there is a bug in php5 related with cronjob and fuser... refer this documents...
