I was hoping for it to work with group manager but if it works with pex it would work with group manager I think. But yeah there would be one command /block limit [time in hours between amount of placements] [amount of placements per each so much hours defined in the last bit] and then in the perms there would obviously be an override admin perm. Thanks for supporting me on the block limiter and I checked the eula as admins are server runners they can have different stuff to others but the default one for normal ranks must be the same so to stay with the dual you can only have blocklimit.admin and blacklist.default. if you could make this for me I would be very very grateful.
