what happens when someone trys to connect from outside your network?

try deleting the worldguard folder and factions folder and then reinstall the .jars for the 2 plugins.

oh yeah. forgot about those but the /gamemode command is still defaulted to OP. meaning if u have OP u will defiantly have the command.

please post the text of the batch file that starts your server. Also check around of any redstone repeaters or something that has lots of redstone...

try checking the server console for any errors when someone either trys to hit one another or when someone logs in or out. if any errors are there...
for the world problem check to see in the server.properties file that the world-name is set to your single player world. Then for the server crash...
please explain to me what u mean by "not working". Does it say you dont have enough permissions? Does it not say anything? Does the server spit...
If you do not have anything that provides a command to do that you must be an Operator (OP) to be able to use the command to change the gamemode...
dont use bigbrother. it is outdated and buggy. use HawkEye. To fix ur problem i suggest u turn off the server. delete bigbrother and setup HawkEye.
