    Inactive [FUN/MECH] ChopTree 1.24 - Chop Trees by Removing Lowest Block - Like Cacti [1000] (by Arcwolf)

    Bukkit Build 1337, and ChopTree won't even load. I've redownloaded and reinstalled the plugin twice and get nothing, not even an error message....
