The default file only has ServerJarFile. So ServerJarPath path is recognized by the app? If so, that is a solution.
It's recognized, but there is still an issue about multiple servers with it. I just tried running 2 servers and it will default to the initial server only. I'll keep trying things to see what I can come up with.
