Solved I really need help

Please help me i did everything it says in the Q and As... Here is what it looks like:

Leave the server IP option in server.properties blank.

 

I DID but it then wont let me on it on minecraft

 

How are you doing this? Have you port forwarded or are you using hamachi? fullertonnick

Type killall -9 java
Then start the server.

Remove the server-ip=xx.xxx.xxx.xx in your server.properties file.
Just leave it blank then start the server.

You would connect to: flamescraft.servegame.com

 

This is a common error when you open your server in the first time.
So do no tworry, just restart your computer, and it will work.

i restarted and its not working

 

Try allocating more ram. When I tried to connect it said read timed out. Keep an eye on the console and remove any plugins that you do not need.

 

This problem can be the Ip of you server,you need change the server-ip of the server.properties and put your original Ip.

No, you almost NEVER need to put in the IP into the server-ip= line of your server.properties. Those who DO need to put it in already know why they should do so. If you don't know, you don't need it.

Also, stop pasting that colored text into every one of your posts. It is incredibly distracting and unnecessary.

 

It still does not work... i put original IP and the same thing happened
