I would love to have scheduled daily restarts; but my server host uses a custom jar to launch my server therefore I can not edit the files...

Is this possible? I'd really love to see this.. With like 5 minute warnings. I'd pay some cash for this to be made. Not a lot, but some.

hmm... I doubt... because a full restart requires to unload the craftbukkit.jar... how does your setup look like? what happens when you do a stop command?

Before I started to use mcmyadmin I used a plugin that did this. I'm very sure there are several of them still around.

Like don said tho, the only way to do a proper restart is to have a external app that totally closes the server and the process and restarts it. (like mcmyadmin)

This seems outdated but just proves that it already exists: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/ad...-automatic-rebooting-and-commands-1000.24652/

I'm sure there are more out there already.

It makes everything not happy, says it's shutting down but doesn't.
I guess I'll just get McMyAdmin, I mean 10$ isn't much. Thanks, Lipe & Don

you dont have to buy mcmy if you dont have a lot of users on the server, i think the limit is 9 for the free ver. There are also other programs like mcmy thats free i think, they just came along later and I already paid for mcmy.
