[REQ] Skyrim Style Guardian Stones [Offering $]

Skyrim Guardian Stones​

I have seen a few Skyrim related plugin requests lately, so I thought I would put my own opinion here.​

​

For those of you who have played Skyrim, you will know that there are Guardian Stones located throughout the map, such as the 3 at the beginning of the game (Warrior, Thief, and Mage Stones).​

The player can only have one active for himself at a time, yet he can switch between them if he finds them.​

​

I think that this could be brought into minecraft, by allowing the player to create a custom building, (custom guardian stone design) and then selecting the region by typing a command to enter the selection mode, using a specified tool to select the region, and then confirming it by typing a command to make it that type of stone (/gs set thief)​

Here is a list of the Stones, and what effects they could possibly give:​

• Warrior Stone: Swords are 15% stronger with every hit. 10% chance to cause the player to fly back as if he were hit while you were sprinting at him.
• Thief Stone: Sneak behind someone, right click, and get a %10 chance to take a random item from their inventory. (Can only right click once every 2 seconds)
• Mage Stone: Swords have a 10% chance to light the enemy on fire, and you can right click to teleport to a block once a minecraft day.
• Lady Stone: Regenerate Health 15% faster. %5 chance of getting healed 5 hearts when getting hit by someone/something.
• Lord Stone: Defense against damage is 15% stronger. %10 chance of the hit missing you.
• Serpent Stone: Swords have a 10% chance to cause the target to freeze for 3 seconds. %5 chance for the hit to trap the enemy in some leaves.
• Shadow Stone: The command /gs shadow makes you invisible for 30 seconds once per minecraft day. Sneaking speed is 1.5x faster.
• Steed Stone: Sprinting is 1.3x faster than usual. Shift+hitting someone will let them 'lunge' at the player 5 times per minecraft day. This does 1.5x the damage.

The player can activate it by right clicking it, and then a prompt will tell them to confirm, type /gs <name of stone>. Once confirmed, a prompt tell them they have successfully chosen their Guardian Stone, it will tell them what it does, and if they had the effects of another stone, it has replaced that one.

There can be a basic command to tell the player what they currently can do. This can be /gs

I think many servers could take advantage of this, using it for RPG, or for making their Factions server a little more creative, or just adding something interesting to the everyday combat and survival that Minecraft brings.

Looks really interesting I would use this, but you could add some more abilities. There are a lot available like fire

I like the new things you added the whole concept of this is awesome. I really want to use this on my factions server. As soon as someone makes it, may i grab a copy?

 

I think he's not going to release it as soon as I make it but if you want to help me test keep checking this post.

I've taken a stab at this, I finished the code for warrior, lord and mage stones.
