Could somone name a Permissions plugin?

My friends and I are starting a server, our plan is too use
WorldEdit WorldGuard and Iconomy and Jail. and moore...

We will each have a role, Me? I will be GOD I will be doing a bit of everything.

Friend 1. Control Iconomy.

Friend 2. Make areas for people to buy.

Friend 3. Be a cop, jail, kick and ban people.

To control this, we need a Permissions plugin and a Chat plugin (like *GOD*Nickname) and somthing we can use to claim land with Iconomy and a chestshop thing... And please keep it simple, i tried PEX. It seems hard to learn,
if enyone have eny simpler alternatives come with them!
And do I have to lay in all the permission nodes? or is there a shorcut to add all permission nodes for that mod? like add all "WorldGuard"?
