Hello, here i am back again

I now installed a lot of plugins, whit permissions and it is working. I tryd again to install ichat but it wont work. I downloaded the updated ichat. And there is created a map whit config.yml. I wached some youtube vid's, and read the ichat forum. But it is still not working.

I WANT THE ADMINS GROUP RED, AND THE MODERATOR GROUP BLACK.

I am trying to make it to where the users can go use the telepad plugin but they can not create one. Could someone help me please!?
