    Warzone is an advanced plugin which allows players to pit themselves against one another in a simulated battle. Each player is given a bow, a supply of arrows, a sword and some coal. The aim of the game is to shoot your opponent with your bow, or crush him with your sword to kill him and gain points. The coal is used as fuel for smoke grenades which are activated by left clicking anywhere with your bow.

    Currently there is only one game-mode of 1 vs 1, however I am working on adding team based games such as team deathmatch, capure the flag, and much more! Players have the option to search for a ranked or social game. Your statistics do not get tracked in social matches and you gain no exp.

    After each ranked game of Warzone you'll gain exp. This will allow you to reach higher levels which in turn rewards you with cool features such as setting what armour you wear in battle and even the option to set what block you wear on your head level 40+.

    There is a grand total of 19 maps so far in Warzone. I have plans to add even more, see below if you want to help :). You can configure the time each match lasts and even specific matchmaking options such as timeout time and dialogue display rate. Just navigate to the folder "plugins/Warzone/Configuration".

    How to install:
    1. Download the bundle. You can download the Warzone world and .Jar file separately if you wish.
    2. Extract the files onto your server. The Warzone.Jar plugin file should go into your plugins folder and the 'WarzoneWorld' folder should remain in your root directory along with your plugins folder, startup script, server log, other world folder etc.
    3. Restart your server. The world will be loaded and the folders and files the plugin needs will be created automatically.
    4. NOTE: You cannot edit the Warzone world. It is designed for battles only.
    Warzone even has an arena which you wait in while the plugin searches for another player. Below is a feature list, download links and more!

    You're right sorry for mistake :) bukkitcontribessential incompatibility, so i have removed it at profit of your player editor, and now !!! ALL IS WORKING FINE !!!!!!!!!

  11. Some plugins conflict with Warzone. Put Warzone on a test server and add your server plugins until you find the culprit ;)

    @iMarluxia

    We have users on our server with TMI and show to have no particular bugs outside of the bugs that those of us that don't have TMI. So I don't think there is conflict there.

    Really nice ! Hope it'll be a success. I tried it and it works fine for me. Just a few ideas for your future that may have been already said.
    When we end a fight, why don't you teleport the player in the lobby ? I'm sure he want to play again.
    It may be your a choice, but the fact of waiting for a battle don't involve to be in the hall.
    Is it possible to include, if we want the hall in the common world ? I remember the WoW pvp system, it was really nice.
    Can you enable the foot noise for the other players ?
    It could be preferable to configure the battle : map, number of players and game-mod
    A tchat system by team, world and whisper.

    I know the work it will need. All these features are just ideas. Actually your mod is already utilizable.

    I'd like to help you but I haven't the competence yet. I'm reading your tutorial and your other source (don't forget to update it about the "PluginManager pm = Bukkit.getServer().getPluginManager();" it took me so long to understand.)


    I also want to know how do you attach your map data (spawn points and panel) to your map file (.schematic). What do you use to compile it ?

    Do you mean be able to set where the arena is in the config because that would certainly be a nice touch :D.
    What do you mean enable foot noise for other players?
    The team chat idea is cool and I think would be useful when I release CTF modes etc, I'll write that one down :D.
    What do you mean how I attach my map data and compiling?
    As for my tutorial the this.getServer() works fine as long as it inside onEnable(). Feel free to edit the wiki though :D

    ya i'v made it my mission to try and get smoke grenades for bukkit aside from you the only person who has any idea how to use smoke is Shamebot. and his smoke jump mod. anyway it would be nice if you could break it up into another mod so i could cupull it with some other things i'm using in my adventure map. o and thanks for this amazing mod love it.

    Chat part...if you decide to run with that, please make that a seperate .jar

    To have integrated chat without choice would extra weight & possibly cause havok with other chat plugins/formatting/etc since some servers already have chat options like teams etc.

    But love the idea of having team chat while battling.

  28. Don't worry :p I'd integrate it smoothly with warzone so that it only happens when your ingame and you can either speak in team or global chat ;) I think I might have to push v1.1 release back a day because i am adding a bunch of features :D

    Can't do much with so little information. Try it out on a test server first.

    :) No the arena is in a separate world, hard to located it. I mean when we are waiting for players, choice some stuff like on which map we want to play, the time limit (or frag limit) and the number of player available.

    For the "foot noise", I mean to heard when an other player is walking next to you. Actually you don't (I think).

    I found my answer about your map data in your source ;)

    Edit : And I was lazy to create an account just to change one word ^^'
    Add also the game-mod choice during the waiting.
     
  30. I will be keeping the arena the same for a set of reasons but I am adding in the option for custom maps searches and more game modes are coming soon.

    A REAL great plugin ! I'm waiting for the release with team for the PvP ! Loveit !



    Just one thing:

    when the wargame is finish, the inventory disappears, or we got the inventory of the wargame, with bow arrow and coal, but not the real inventory

    i think it's not really normal :p
