Well I See Alot Of Color Wool projects But Currently None For Minecraft 1.7.3

  2. What is it exactly that you are looking for? A plugin that changes wool colors by rightclicking or something like that?

Well 1 That Spawns Colored Wool? I Guess Right Clicking Would Also Work. But It Would Be More Of A Hastle

ScrapBukkit supports giving an item with data and works with 1000.

I could try to make it for you, but I'm not super good with commands yet, and I'm a little busy with my plugin, but I can try to whip something up for you :)

Also, for an non-command solution check out Woolplus - it may be inactive but it's still working fine in RB#1060.

With it you can take bonemeal, right-click on wool and "bleach" the colour out of it. You can also use any other coloured dyes to change wool colours without having to replace the wool.

@dbizzzle had the right idea just use commandbook (much better than essentials (doesn't break stuff :p))
