    All of my NPCs disappear when i restart my server. Is there any way to fix this?

    On newest build as of last night, 970 something and honestly i see no problems. Guards still dont seem to work but the rest works just fine! And memory leak seems gone.

    Hmm, seems to be an issue with NPC's despawning. I was standing right next to one of the NPC's when he vanished. The console showed the following:-

    EDIT: The despawned NPC's return when the server is restarted though.

    Small feature request: Maybe make it so users cant change the function of a wizard, but they can still use it with right click.

    I.E - I set a wizard to change time to night. No default user can change this setting, but by right clicking it will change to night still.

  10. The random chunk popping up problems seems to be gone...
    ...almost ^^.
    I got the plugin running about 6 hours and got one random chunk far outstide the set border.
    Also there is one chunk missing inside the border. They both seem to be vanish and appeared at the same time (they are not the same though)

    Also we got a couple of NPCs that vanish after some time. It only affects some and not all of them.

    Great plugin! Keep up the good work.

    When i try to make a npc using /npc create , i get a message in red that says
    "Please report this error: [See Console]"
    "java.lang.NullPointerException: null"

    What do i do?

    Thought of another feature request!
    What if.. we could select if our NPC stands or sits!

    Wanted to make a market with vendors sitting on the floor next to their goods aswell.

    Does anyone else eventually have memory leaks/server crashes with this plugin? Once I remove this plugin, I'm back to normal. =/

    No crashes yet, been running for 12hrs or so.

    Only issue we're experiencing atm is despawning

    Hi everyone!

    I am new to the world of Bukkit and to Citizens. My server and I recently wanted to expand the feel of our small server and put some npc's in it. Citizens seems to fit the bill. My only concern is server load - how many NPC's can you reliably run on a server before it starts having spooky effects. Not like ghost or anything - more like lag issues or poor performance.

    We were thinking of making a small NPC village to star, then if that didn't shut us down - move on to allowing the members of the server to place one or two npc's of their own. (at reasonable Iconomy prices - of course)

    We are currently renting our server space from Counter-Strike.com, if that helps answer the question at all.

    Please update the changelog! Every time I check this thread, there is a new version and the changelog is ALWAYS at least 2 versions out-of-date :(

    Thanks, didn't know the changelog was in there... but its useful to update the online version as well, some of us want to see what's new BEFORE downloading :)

    Hello,

    1) /npc create test (id: 1)
    2) right click
    3) /npc remove test
    4) test dissapear
    5) restart server
    6) a 'non named' npc id:0 appears at his spot, which I can't remove, cause I'm not the owner (still permission *.* and op.txt)
    7) removing the infos within npc-profiles.yml will reload the information uppon restart

    Any solve/idea for this issue?

    To those experiencing npc random despawning - can you turn debug on, and give us the output when they disappear? It looks like a chunk unload event may be firing for the wrong chunks :S.

    Me and my friends are having a problem with citizens. I'm an op and when ever I try to create a npc it says that a dont have permission to use that command. PLEASE HELP

    We currently have over 70 NPC's on the server without any performance issues. Memory usage is minimal. I'd suggest testing it for a while on your hardware and see how you get on.
