I've seen chat plugins that use social spy as a way to just see the players private messages or as a way to see every command that other players are executing.Which one do you want?
This is the plugin Same commands as you wanted above, Permissions: /socialspy - chatcore.socialspy /message (with the aliases above) - chatcore.message /reply (with r as alias) - chatcore.reply /whisper (with w as alias) - chatcore.whisper /chatreload - chatcore.reloadconfig You would have to configure it nicely to look good but in apart from that i think the everything works as intended EDIT: Forgot to add the link, and also forgot to mention that if you do not have PlaceholderAPI on your server than the plugin will not work.
