Got a new PC recently (server worked on the old machine) and I created a new server running on my PC, but I can't join my server, I have tried using localhost and the 127.0.0.1 but neither work, I have tried re portforwarding and deleting and reinstalling the craftbukkit.jar but nothing works

    Im using
    Windows 10x64
    these are my java version(s?)
    java version "1.8.0_211"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_211-b12)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.211-b12, mixed mode)
    and im using CRAFTBUKKIT-1.14.3-SNAPSHOT.JAR

I looked through other threads and googled it but I couldn't find a solution

@TheTechnoBro Remove the server IP from your server.properties.

Then it just accepts all incoming connections.

You keep the IP field in the server.properties empty and everything should be fine.
