Stop people having decimal cash values

Minecraft version: Paper 1.12.2

Suggested name: ShopGuiPlusDupePatch

What I want:
I use ShopGui+ and it allows people to purchase items free of charge when they have 0.00000000001 less than what they need, making duping anything in the shop possible.

If anyone could make a plugin that stops people having decimal cash values, this would solve this bug. (I use vault)

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: ASAP - Several people on my server have discovered this dupe, and I need to stop this so it doesn't get out of hand and ruin the server economy, please help.

 

@timtower The dev is slow to respond and this seems like a quick fix.

 

@timtower I am not asking people to modify an existing plugin, I am asking for a plugin that will round down someone's balance to a whole number.

This is the most basic barebone thing I could come up with. You have to have Vault installed, or it simply won't do anything (won't even show up in your plugins). It rounds everyone's money down on a timer, and that's all. I haven't tested it or anything, but tell me how it goes.
