Faction teleportation extension

Suggested name: MythicFacTeleport

What I want:
Quite simple, without much need for a large amount of configuration.
On our custom faction server, my players have requested that players leaving a faction are instantly warped to spawn. A simple plugin that instantly warps a player to a set location when they are removed from a faction with "/f kick <player>" or leave a faction using "/f leave"

It would need to be multi-verse compatible.

A simple message in chat would also be amazing!
Example:
[MythicFactions]: You're no longer in a faction. You were returned to spawn.

Config Example:
"
#Choses the world that players are set to when removed from faction
world: world

#The location a player is sent to when removed from a faction
XYZ: -100 20 5200
"

Ideas for commands: /MFT reload
Ideas for permissions: N/A
