Problem/Bug Pex Isn't working all together...

    I have been having this problem since I installed a bunch of plugins. The problem is when I do any pex command such as /pex groups, the command goes in and cooomes up in commandspy but doesnt do a thing. Pex was working before I added like 14 plugins at once ( I now have 40 ) I'm not sure if it is because of an alternate plugin or just syntax error in my permissions.yml file. So, I put my permissions file in a pastebin. Here is the link https://pastebin.com/4wCv9xmi

    I have heard if I change the backend file from permissions.yml to permissions.jar it works. So I tried it and that just deleted all of my groups and perms in game. If anyone can help out please do. If I need to comment my other plugins I will. Thanks!

    @BlockBro224 Never change a .yml to a .jar, I don't know where you heard that but they were wrong.
    Change it back to .yml.
    And please post your full server log using http://pastebin.com after you did that.

    Full logs please, you can get them from <server directory>/logs/latest.log
    And don't worry about being busy, we are all human ;)
