   Is there a way to change WorldGuard's region name? If it is, tell me how to do that, please.

   @xNorbi Make a backup of your worldguard folder.
   Stop the server, open the region file for the world.
   Find your region, change the name.
   Start server.

   This idea is impossible for my server. I have about 1500 regions and I need to change the name by plugin (my friend can write it if it's needed)

   Then a quick search and replace won't work either?
   And your friend will have to remove the old region and make a new one with the same border
