   I was wondering if you could check when a player breaks a block it cancels the drop and changes it to a new one if the pickaxe they broke the block with has a lore of &8Smelt I

   Listen for the BlockBreakEvent, then you can either cancel the drops and manually spawn your own drops or just edit the drops that the block drops.
