Plugin Help How to change the red color of my name? and how to remove the arrows near my prefix?

I'm using groupmanager.
plz help me.

 

Change format to
format: '{DISPLAYNAME} (custom splitter) {MESSAGE}
E.G: in the picture; mine would display as
BUBY >> message
(ignore the {prestige})
normally it is:
format '<{DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}

and for the red colour name

Change ops-name-color to
ops-name-color: '' (NOTE: this is two ' not one ")
normally it is
ops-name-color: '&4'

Both these settings can be found in essentials config.yml
