Clarification Tagging alerts gone?

For the past 3 times in a thread, I have been tagged but haven't been getting alerts. I already know the alerts from tahgs have been spotty for a while but just to make sure it hasn't completely kicked the bukkit......

@Zombie_Striker Everything is checked on there and I got an alert from you tagging me.

@mbaxter Ok I got alerted for that.

The thread that seems to not alert me is https://bukkit.org/threads/load-world-by-createworld-keeps-resetting.402932/
You can see that @ShreyP150 tagged me a couple times and I have not gotten a single alert.
@ShreyP150, have you been getting alerts from when I tagged you? Not from watching the thread (if you are) but from being tagged?

EDIT: @Zombie_Striker I noticed you got tagged on that thread. Did you get an alert from that?

Is the problem only with that thread? Did you recieve alerts from that thread before?

 

Tahg alerts have of course been spotty but I haven't received a single alert from that thread.

They all seem plausible but @Zombie_Striker said he received that tahg. I'm assuming it's from this one.

I just find it weird that this just started happening. Is it a problem with XenForo or a plugin messing it up? Has Curse been doing some things behind the scenes? They said they were going to roll out some updates some time ago.

Took me almost a week to realize I was tahged here, and nope I wasn't alerted.
