If you're looking for something to teleport players to spawn whenever they log in there are plugins for this. Spawn Join is a nice and simple one. Hope this can work for you
No, I need them not to be able to log out in certain areas of worldguard. I need to block logging out at the trade rooms.

First of all, can it bypass Essentials /spawn warmup? I need them gone instantly so they cannot even pick up an item under their feet. Is it possible to run the command as OP or from console?
You could just add a trading plugin to prevent trading room scams and thefts. There are many nice trading plugins you could use such as WeeTrade.
