Need some help from a Dev. Very simple problems!

    Hey I'm just getting started with bukkit development and was wondering If a current developer could give me a few minutes of their time to ask a couple questions.

    The questions are VERY basic but I have had no luck looking them up or asking directly...

    Basically I need help with permissions / commands which I have some idea how to setup in my class files but am having a couple small problems.
