Plugin Help Factions 2.8.0 Error occurred while enabling Factions v2.8.0

Ok Im having another error Ive been going through and updating all my plugins because the server was last ran in 1.7.10 and had to be shut down so on and so on I needed to update my plugins to latest versions to run smoother. . While ive updated Vault, and MassiveCore and even as far as updating Multiverse-Core to 2.5 PlayerVaults to most recent version and even spigot to 1.8.8 to try and fix this error for Factions. . Im getting even with Factions 2.8.0 it gives me this error in the config. HOW IS IT NOT UP TO DATE?
Please Respond with anything i could possibly do to remove/fix this error. . Also Factions loads when i do /pl in game its green? but no commands. . . /f create even gives me a Unknown command error. . Heres my plugin list - http://prntscr.com/8hllzu [URGENT]

Please please please please please make sure that it is enabled in config! Found this old thread here

 

We're what config i know Mstore stores all faction plugin confg, but what enables it or is it in another config? ? ? ?

I read through the other post but nothing seemed to help except that it wasnt enabled.

I had factions working at one point and now it just wqont work
