Suggested name: Homeland Security

What I want:
You place an emerald block, and when you log out it protects land around it. You can add land owners to the block, and in config can control the percentage of members needed to be offline to protect the area.

Ideas for commands:
/hs add [Player] -invites player to your group
/hs invitation accept

Ideas for permissions:
hs.blockaccess -access to place block

How do you specify a certain area?

 

And then how do I add someone to it? (That's what I meant)
