If no one produces this, tag me. I actually have this already in a plugin I built so I can scrape out all the code which pertains to just this function. Mobs can drops them as loot and players can create them to trade with. Right clicking them "uses" them and converts them back into currency.

Its very easy to do what you are asking and again if @20zinnm does not come through for you, then marked it picked up and I will complete it for you within a day. I do not want to pick up something someone else has agreed to do for you though. Just confirm with me that you want ME to do it if no one else has agreed OK? Also, I assume this will integrate with Vault so let me know what version server you have running.
