So a update is that @VortexGmer's version of this plugin isnt good enough or such? Im not sure. But could someone possibly make this?

 

I've uploaded a public version here, hopefully with all the features that you need, please reply or tag me here if you need anything else. Also you might need to wait a bit (at least, you will when I wrote this) for a bit while the staff approve the project and file.
