   Hello, I want to remove mobs from spawning but I only want them to come from monster spawners. How can I fix this?

   If you get Multi-Verse Core, its basically your way of making worlds or editing the worlds within down to the core of what exactly you want. With multi-verse core, you can disable mob spawning from natural spawning, as for spawners, i do believe they still work. MV-C also allows editing of everything from fire-spread to mob damage and many more.
