Hello. I was wondering what plugins there are in Minecraft version 1.8 that allow players to receive money when they log on to the server once a day. Also, I have parkour courses in which I would like to have a reward at the end. Maybe this is possible with essentials?

I have a shop at spawn and without ways of earning money it is rendered useless. I can't find a vote plugin for rewards either :/

Any help with these plugins is extremely appreciated :)

    Thanks,
    TotalMCMan

Also, does anyone know of a plugin that disables commands until 10 seconds after getting hit in pvp? I saw this feature on another server and I don't want people just teleporting away in pvp...

Just realized I double posted X( Sorry, won't happen again.

Bump, I really need this fixed, the server is up publicly and people are joining.

@TotalMCMan For receiving money after a parkour run you could use a command block, you could use a command like '/eco give @p 10' and then also a command to teleport him away from there so the player cannot get the reward over and over again.

For voting you can use Votifier in combination with GAListener. That last plugins support giving all kinds of rewards, and can also wait with executing commands untill the player is online (very helpful if you ask me).

What I use myself to get money in the game is allowing the players to sell a couple base blocks like cobble and dirt to get money.

The plugin CombatTag is the one you need for your pvp thing, that one also prevents logging out while in combat.

Thank you so much. And yes, I did get votifier however the port isn't working (8192) :( I'm running it locally so I left the port default. Do you know how to fix this? I have GAListener as well, btw. Good choice :D

As for now, I'll do that command block thingy. I can't believe I didn't think of that... however is there a command that let's you do it only once every 24 hours? Or a plugin?

@TotalMCMan If you are running locally then you need to port forward that port to your computer, just as you probably did with the 25565 port.

I did do that, which is why I don't get why it's not working...

What kind of voting site are you using? Did you fill in the ip and port there correctly? Some sites can send a fake vote to test, does the one you use have that?

Minecraft-Server-List.com And I put in my ip along with the port, 8192, and it says connection refused, just as canyouseeme.org does. I also put in the public key... I'm lost as to what causes this...

@TotalMCMan Does the port forwarding of your minecraft server (port 25565) already work? Are people that live somewhere else able to join your server?

Yes, I have a mac so I use port map. I just put in the port and turn it on and it works. People have been playing on my server for a while now... When I enter 8192, the icon is green (meaning it's on) but the websites still say connection refused

@TotalMCMan Okey then I guess the setup of the port is correct then, can you show me the votifier config? And did you correctly put your private and public key in the RSA folder? And do those keys match with the one you use on the voting site?

I'll paste bin the config and public key that I paste in the server list (if it even gives you a clue as to what's causing this).

@TotalMCMan I don't think you should post your key, that one should be private :)

Yeah I just realized that haha. Anyways I posted the config.

@TotalMCMan Checked it, I'm simply using 'host: 0.0.0.0', so if you have something else there then that might be the problem. Try it with the 0.0.0.0 and see if that works.

Will do. I believe I've done that before and it didn't work, but I will try again.

@TotalMCMan Okey so that also does not work, maybe check the log of the server to see if Votifier mentions anything about the connection (or maybe it has errors on startup).

I cannot see much special in that log, does Votifier say anything in the console if you try to send a vote from your vote site?

You could have a custom plugin made by someone. There is ways.

It says nothing when I try that

That would be great but I don't feel like paying anybody.

@mc_myster I don't see why making a custom plugin would solve his problem, if Votifier does not work then you simply cannot receive votes and creating a custom plugin for rewards is not useful at that point.

@TotalMCMan I'm almost out of ideas, but maybe you could try to use another vote site and see if those votes come through? I think it must be a port-forwarding problem, maybe you can post a screenshot of your port-forwarding setup?

The votifier port is set up exactly like my server port, and nothing is wrong with that

So I've found out that the port 34567 doesn't work either. Maybe there's certain ports that can only work? I'm pretty sure I can change the port to something that works in the config as long as I know what works. This makes me think that I may have to somehow allow this port through norton, however I don't remember doing that with 25565. Do you know how to add a port through norton firewall?

Sorry for the double post, I meant to hit edit but instead pressed reply
