Tnt Destroys Obsidian

Suggested name: BlowObsidian

What I want: Obsidian that can be blown up with tnt, creeper eggs, etc. Right-c.lick with potato to see how many more hits needed to blow up the obsidian. Every obsidian blown up drops 1 obsidian

Ideas for commands: /blowobby set <#> - set amount of tnt (or creeper eggs) needed to blow up obsidian
/blowobby enable/disable - enable/disable plugin

Ideas for permissions: blowobby.potato - Use a potato to show how much more tnt is needed to blow up obsidian

When I'd like it by: ASAP i know it takes some time, so i say to get it in when it could be done.

So far only TNT and TNT Minecarts can destroy it, but i'll add creepers soon.
Obsidian is blown up instantly, so that's a little problem right there.
I'll add the commands soon.

I made something similar about a week ago based on another request
