Abilities/Skills/Powers

Hi, I used to always use the plugin called: S86 Powers. This was 2 years ago.
Right now that plugin is no longer working so I am looking for another plugin with abilities/skills/powers.

This isn't some small plugin that can be done in a few hours and I am just wandering if someone is already working on this sort of plugin or is wanting to make it.

What I would need for my server is a plugin with many abilities, fun to use so that means no all those passif abilities people make for their mini games.
I need a plugin with powers/abilities just as:
Grappling Hook (Allow you to grapple up a mountain)
Sugar High (Consumes sugar to let you run faster but if you run out of sugar you will get a slow+nausae debuff)
Bloodbend (Right click a target within 5 blocks to make him fly up 2 blocks and have blood particles come out of him, this will steal a bit of hunger/health)
Biomerunner (Allows the user to run faster in a certain biome by consuming sapplings/dirt)
Ice wall (Make a wall infront of you from ice that will dissapear)
CobWeb Cage (Right click a player to make a cobbleweb cage around him)
These are only a few examples I could think of right now but those are the kind of abilities I would want, just fun to use.

Thank you for being very helpful, the owner hasn't logged in since 13 januari 2014 and I messaged him twice.
And how do you want me to proof it.
Server runs fine without the plugin, it has been up for atleast 5 days without reloading or stopping.
I added the plugin and in 1 hour the server laggs out and eventually it stops.
No error logs nothing.

Sorry for the late response, I have actually resumed working on an update for S86 Powers. I've been rebuilding it from scratch in hopes of resolving performance issues. I don't have an ETA on its completion, but just wanted to let you know I am working on it.

It's currently being built to support Bukkit/Spigot 1.8 only, though enough people seem to still use 1.7.x so I may add some backwards compatibility at some point.
