    Plugin category: Miscellaneous

    Suggested name: DayCycle

    What I want: I would like a plugin that makes it so that just before the sky starts to dim because the sun is about to set, the time is set back to right AFTER the sky finishes getting brighter in the morning. This would make it so the time is always day (like plugins such as AlwaysDay) but it would make the sun go through the sky without it ever getting dimmer.

    Ideas for commands: /alwaysday toggle (although this isn't really necessary.

    Ideas for permissions: None.

    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible!

    You don't need a Plugin for that.You could also use /gamerule doDaylightCircle false

    Yes. However the plugin he is requesting is impossible to make so the gamerule is his best option.

    And if you are wondering why its impossible:
    While you can reset the suns position, you cannot control whether it is allowed to get dimmer or not. This is handled by the client and therefore cannot be changed.

    Instead of posting those comments, you could simply prove that I am wrong...
    If you have any proof that you are able to change the darkness of tbe sky without moving the sun, go ahead show me!

    @mrCookieSlime
    As you can see, @mchungames4441 actually wants a plugin that resets the sun whenever the sky starts to dim.

  9. Why need a plugin? Is there no possible way of using redstone for a daylight sensor, then have a command block attached to that? PS, I am not fully understanding you request

    Oh, overread that sentence then. Nevermind.
    But the OP should clarify that more clearly since a few people seem to be confused by this request.

    @mchungames4441 I'll make it, give me a few days.
    EDIT: UPDATE: I have all the commands and things ready, working on the time changes now.

    This isn't what I meant.

    I want the plugin to change the sun's position immediately before normally the world on the client would get darker. In the sentence you quoted, I was simply stating the time when I would like the position to be changed and when I would like it to be changed to. Sorry for the confusion.

    EDIT: In summary, I would like the sun to be moving, but always be in a timeframe where the world is as bright as it gets.

    EDIT 2: @TheYamsMan Thank you!

    A simple command block and daylight sensor would work flawlessly.

    Well, I bet that would have a slight difference to change when it officially be 12000 > 24000
    It shows no difference.

    I mean, you could try a runnable that resets it to morning every certain amount of ticks. But that wouldn't be fun :)

    @dsouzamatt @Nedinator Actually, this doesn't work. If there's nobody online, the command block unloads and it starts cycling through. When this happens, there's a chance that someone will log on at night.

    @eccentric_nz I'll try it. Thanks!
