Minecraft-Central Survival Games plugin

Suggested name: MCC-SG

What I want: I'd like to have a plugin to my server like MC-Central SG preferably exactly like it. Dedicated to 1 server. No kits, and google mc-central so you can find the ip and test it out.

Ideas for commands: "/sg" for help, "/sg addspawn next", add the next spawn, "/sg remove spawn (number)", remove the spawn number, etc. It should preferably be easy to setup.

Ideas for permissions: sg.admin

When I'd like it by: 1-3 weeks, I know it's a very big plugin, so take your time.

Srry for not that much information I don't know what to write more..

What is SG?: SG (Survival Games) is based on the movie Hunger Games. The movie is about fighting other people until its only 1 people left. They start with some things wich is in the middle of the arena, and the fight start! First they will find a place to hiding in, then they will find some stuff hiding in the woods until the deathmatch.

Also most of people dont fill requests cause: Its big, Or its copied (iknow there are more reasons but its just about this one)
