Inform when banned user tried to join

Suggested name: Inform_banned_join

What I want: I want a plugin which when a banned player tries to join (tempban or perma ban) it sends a message to all the ops that the players is triying to join and shows how many time has left until unban(if tempban).Also i would like to have a blacklist which when a blacklist player joins it sends a message to all the ops againa tha the specified player has joined.

Ideas for commands: /blacklist add/remove <player>

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.The Basic idea is that only op s can use it

timtower i dont use any plugin just for banning people but if you mean what plugin i use for the /ban command well essentials but i dont care that much to know the time left when a banned player tries to join
