Silent Tnt

So not much to explain I want a simple plugin that will disable tnt explosion sound and with a simple config:

Config:
Tnt-sound:true or false

very simple please make it

I have 2 things to say about this. First, what is the point of having a config option to disable the plugin's only function? It wouldn't even be worth creating another config file in your plugins directory because you could just remove the plugin to disable it. Second, this plugin would also have to disable explosion effects as well because I believe that explosion effects and sound are client-side, which means this would have to be done by cancelling the actually explosion then removing the blocks that it would have blown up and hurting nearby entities.

 

Just try something so its silent or can you change the output sound to something silent and short.

Changing the output sound is also impossible, that is without making players download a resource pack that changes the sound, but that is entirely irrelevant to Bukkit plugins.

Well, if he wants to remove the sound all together, he can always disable explosions within essentials and or world guard. Additionally, you can use a block update event handler to detect TNT explosions and set the sound to cancelled.

 

Daegonner made tnt work and there is no sound well there is just very low to nothing

Also added a [/silenttnt reload] command, reloads the config without you having to reload the whole server.

Plugin requires ProtocolLib, tested using Bukkit 1.7.9 R.02 and ProtocolLib 3.4.0 - although there's no reason for it not to work on other 1.7.x builds.
