My server was running just fine until now. Whenever I try to connect, I get the Timed Out error. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

So vague. More info required. Is it home hosted or in a data center? Is it turned on? Is the server showing any errors in console?

dentych I just noticed it crashed. Here is the crash report if it would help.

kristenrose1999 Well, that would most certainly be why you can't connect to the server (and hence get the Timed Out error). And the crash? That's happening because your MC server is running out of memory, causing all kinds of chaos (ie. crash).
Allocate more memory to the server or remove some plugins/worlds (if you have some extra worlds with Multiverse or something).

dentych I just deleted a few worlds and turned on the server. I'm waiting to see what happens. It works! Thank you so much!

dentych Oh great. Now no commands are working.

^ This part is great! Awesome. Glad I could help :)

That sucks! Did you remove any plugins when you were deleting stuff? And is it every command that's not working, both plugin commands and regular bukkit/minecraft commands - or is it only some plugin commands that's not working?

I did remove plugins that I wasn't using. All commands aren't working. Not even /help. Also, after a minute or two, I get the Timed Out Error again. Wait. Commands work when I'm at spawn. That's it. When I go to any other world, they don't work at all.

@kristenrose1999 Okay, it might be a permissions thing then. Do you use a Perms system? Did the server crash again as well?

dentych I don't have any permissions set yet. It didn't crash. Okay so the commands work. I just have to wait a few minutes.

kristenrose1999 Alright. Yeah, the server has to be fully started for everything to work properly, it might take a few minutes.
