Urgent help needed!

Hey guys! I need a plugin that can remove ALL mob spawners (ID=59) when the chunk is loaded, also I need it (or another plugin) to remove all ID 52 from peoples inventorys.

Thanks for reading! If you know of such a plugin then please reply, or if you could make me one for a cheap price/free that would be great.
