Where is this at? More importantly, you should tell us what you want to run, and then we can more accurately suggest the specs you might need.

I just want to run a bukkit servers for me and a few friends, maybe 5- 10 players. Pex, WE, WG, commandbook or essentials, GriefPrevention, mcmmo perhaps, what ever else there is.

Then that's way more than you need. I'd recommend 2-3GB for you where the CPU matters very little. You could probably get away with around 2GB to be honest. As far as HDD/SSD space goes I've found I need around ~1.2GB for one 10kx10k world (r=5k blocks) without much built in it.

Did you want a VPS so you have more control? Otherwise there are a few shared hosts that offer those specs for quite cheap. Renting a VPS is a bit more expensive as you have full root access and truly dedicated hardware (depending on the visualization, obviously).

only plugins im using, vault, PEX, WE ,WG , Grief prevention, autosaveworld, bukkitRadar, simple flight, mcmmo, essentials, essentialschat, essentialspawn. The VPS is my friends. I allocated 2gb ram on the .sh script
