fly time limit [Simple]

hello, i'm hosting a private server, were people build alot on, but i want to give them the opportunity to use /fly for a certain time, i want this so every day they get 10 minutes fly mode ;s i would be really awesome if someone could make a plugin like that. I don't have the skills to do it my self, i only know the basics of Java, I hope someone could do this ! Thanks

permissions and commands: you can chose, I only want a short command to activate and deactivate flight

So you want 10 minutes of flying every 24 hours?

Oh and would it be possible that they can't hit other players in fly mode ?and dissable it in other worlds , for expample only in "world" and not in nether or other worlds ? if it isn't to hard :/

 

You will be able to set the worlds it is allowed to be used in the config and no, they won't be able to engage in combat while in fly mode.
