How can I find out what region file has a corrupted chunk in it from the cords?

    This is my issue:
SEVERE Chunk file at -17717,-19751 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected -17717, -19751, got -17698, -19749)

Minecraft Region Fixer did not work.
    MCedit did not work.
All i can think to do is manually delete the region file, but I don't know which one it is.

Delete the file and let it regenerate.

Use the Dinnerbone link. It works well. Just use the file extension .mca instead of .mcr

The region file it gave does not exist. Both of the cords it gives in the error are in the same region file.

Did you calculate it with the first link?

Sure you got the right file? I get r.-35.-39.mca

you were importing something with MCEdit? I had this problem, I think i used ChunkFixer to repair it by going to the chunk listed (-17717,-19751) and using chunk fixer on it.

I resolved the issue (I think) by creating a a blank region file r.-35.-39.mca
