That's not what a GUI is. GUI stands for graphical user interface, and that is just some messages printed to chat.
I agree with EvisionRed. That is not the GUI, one cool thing though is using mods (most mods need the client to have it to unlike plugins) you could change it so you have some health show up and stuff in things like mob arena. The best thing I could think of is that you could block out everything else and put that on the chat. Just a suggestion.
