100th CraftBukkit Build, 100% (25/25) Successful Builds

What exactly does this mean for the release of Bukkit? Does 100% successful builds have anything to do with the server mod being ready for release?

mine didn't work when i updated

i know one thing it aint any of my plugins, save, or my computer and it isn't my minecraft because i have deleted the .minecraft and updated and i have tried it on another computer. pls help me

i am using craft bukkit 100 and main bukkit 61
