Searching for few Expert and Professional Plugin Developer to rewrite the plugin

Hello. Me and my friend are looking for 2-3 good to expert coder to rewritten the plugin. The plugin is really huge and it's last updated in 1.1. We really want to renewed it so we want a few good to expert coder to help us rewrite the plugin again.

First, what plugin are you talking about?
Second, have you searched for alternative plugins?
Third, you wont get much response on this forum from "expert / professional" developers since most of them are balls deep in other projects or have better stuff to do.
