Why don't you just read his request, he ask from twitter to bukkit. The plugins you provide are from Bukkit to Twitter.
Those two plugins don't do that already? Im surprised those don't work both ways. Ill take a look at the Twitter API and see what i can do. Im not guaranteeing that ill make anything.
You could just grab the source of the Twitter page every X minutes and filter out the messages based on their unique ID and keep a log of the IDs that have been displayed on Bukkit o.o
Never messed with that crap in Java, but I did recently write a similar program in C# which isn't too different. I'll give it a whirl and see what comes out ;O Edit: But for now, a nap.

It'll just take me my beauty time as I'm busy for the start of this weekend. EDIT: Version 4.0 now includes the feature of having certain feeds followed and broadcast new tweets to the server.
